No Refund Policy for Lixotic Technologies (lixotic.com):

Thank you for choosing Lixotic Technologies. We strive to provide the best possible products and services to our customers. However, please note that we have a strict no refund policy. By using our website and purchasing our products or services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. All Sales Are Final: Once a product or service is purchased from Lixotic Technologies, it is considered final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, dissatisfaction with the product or service, or technical issues.
2. Digital Products: Our digital products, including software, templates, digital downloads, and other digital goods, are non-refundable. Due to the intangible nature of digital products, they cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
3. Services: Our services, including consulting, customization, and other professional services, are non-refundable. Once a service has been rendered or initiated, no refund will be provided.
4. Custom Orders: Custom orders, such as personalized products or services specifically tailored to a customer's requirements, are non-refundable. Once a custom order has been placed and payment has been received, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
5. Unauthorized Use: If you are found to be using our products or services in an unauthorized manner, such as sharing or distributing without proper authorization, your access may be terminated without refund.
6. Technical Issues: While we strive to provide high-quality products and services, we cannot be held responsible for any technical issues, including but not limited to software compatibility, website downtime, or data loss. No refunds will be provided for any such issues.
7. Dispute Resolution: In case of any dispute, Lixotic Technologies reserves the right to resolve the issue at its discretion. Refunds, if deemed appropriate by Lixotic Technologies, will be provided as store credit rather than cash refunds. Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issuance and can be used for any services or products available on our platform.
8. Amendments: Lixotic Technologies reserves the right to amend or update this no refund policy at any time without prior notice. The updated policy will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
9. Store Credit Terms: When store credit is issued as resolution for disputes or exceptional circumstances, the following terms apply:
   • Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issuance
   • Credit can be used for any services or products on our platform
   • Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash
   • Unused credit expires after 12 months with no extension
   • Credit usage will be tracked and managed through customer accounts
10. Return/Replace Request Process: While we maintain a strict no refund policy, customers experiencing technical issues or exceptional circumstances may contact us at contact@lixotic.com with:
    • Order number and purchase date
    • Detailed description of the issue
    • Supporting documentation (screenshots, error messages, etc.)
    • Requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase
    All requests will be reviewed at our sole discretion and may result in store credit, service adjustments, or alternative solutions - but not cash refunds.
11. Cancellation Policy & Fees:
    • Pre-delivery: Orders cannot be canceled once payment is processed
    • Service cancellation: Ongoing services may be discontinued with 30 days written notice to contact@lixotic.com, but no refunds will be provided for services already rendered
    • Cancellation fees: A processing fee of INR 10,000 may apply to any cancellation requests, deducted from any potential store credit
    • Emergency cancellations: In case of technical failures on our end, services may be discontinued without fees, with store credit provided as compensation
